Officer schedules are hard because every post has its own requirements
Rules we handle
- Posts and shifts from each contract, around the clock
- Armed and unarmed licenses, and site-specific training
- Officers a client has asked for, or asked to keep away
- Overtime limits and rest between shifts
- Maximum days and nights in a row
- A fair split of nights, weekends and holidays
- Mobile patrol routes and event coverage
What a hand-built schedule costs you
- An uncovered post puts the contract at risk
- Overtime that eats into the margin on every contract
- Burnout and turnover when the same officers keep getting the hard shifts
We use a mathematical optimizer to find the best schedule your rules allow. You get the strongest possible starting point, and nobody on your side has to build it.
How it works
Send what you have
Your recent schedules, your posts and contract hours, your rules, and your officers (IDs are fine).
Check and confirm
A 45-minute call: you check the setup we pre-filled, and we go through your rules together.
Get your schedule
Your first schedule in 2 to 3 weeks. After that, each one within 3 business days of the date we agree on.
Reply to one email
Before each schedule: new or changed posts, who's off, and your last schedule as it was actually worked.
What you get with each schedule
- By post: who covers every post and shift.
- By officer: each officer's shifts, hours and overtime.
- Scorecard: coverage, licenses, overtime and rest rules, and proof that each held.
- Exceptions: any shift that couldn't be covered, and exactly why.
- Ready to load: a file for your system, and calendar invites for officers.
Your people's information stays yours
Send IDs instead of names if you prefer. We never ask for addresses, phone numbers, pay or why someone is off. Files move by secure link, are stored encrypted, and are deleted within 30 days of ending service. We're happy to sign your NDA.

Your first schedule is a free pilot
We study how you schedule today, set everything up, and build your next schedule. You see it, and how it compares with your past schedules, before you pay anything. If it fits, after that it's a flat fee we agree with you up front, based on how many people or teams we schedule, how often, and how complicated your rules are, with rebuilds for rule changes included. As a ballpark, plans start at $199 a month for up to 15 people or teams; complex setups are quoted after the pilot. No per-user licenses, nothing to install.
