For school districts, youth sports clubs, leagues and rinks

Game and field schedules, without the weekend of spreadsheets.

You send your schools or teams, fields or ice time, blackout dates and rules. We send back the season schedule as an Excel workbook: every matchup on a field, no team or coach in two places at once, referee crews never overbooked, and home games and good time slots shared fairly.

Season schedules are hard because everything depends on everything else

Rules we handle

  • Every school or team plays the right opponents, the right number of times
  • Field, gym and ice availability, permits and lights
  • Blackout dates: homecoming, exams, holidays, school events
  • Referee or official crews available each night
  • JV and varsity doubleheaders, coaches with more than one team
  • Rest between games, and no more than a set number of games a week
  • A fair mix of home and away, early and late slots

What a hand-built schedule costs you

  • Field time, officials or buses booked and then wasted on reschedules
  • Complaints from coaches, families and athletic directors about unfair schedules
  • Rebuilding the whole season after one field closure or blackout date

We use a mathematical optimizer to find the best schedule your rules allow. You get the strongest possible starting point, and nobody on your side has to build it.

What you get with each schedule

  • Season calendar: every game, field and date.
  • By team: each team's games, home and away.
  • Scorecard: blackouts, rest, referee crews and home/away balance, and proof each rule held.
  • Exceptions: any matchup that couldn't be placed, and exactly why.
  • Ready to load: one row per game and level, for your athletics or league system.

Part of a solved spring season for eight high schools: each boys soccer team's games by date, home games in blue and away games in yellow, with spring break marked
Boys soccer from a real solved season for a fictional school district: 8 high schools, boys and girls soccer, JV and varsity doubleheaders on 21 game nights. All 56 matchups placed, no field used on its blackout dates, never more than 5 game sites a night (one per referee crew), every team with 3 or 4 home games out of 7, and no night with a school's boys and girls both away. Proven the best possible schedule.

Your first schedule is a free pilot

We study how you schedule today, set everything up, and build your next schedule. You see it, and how it compares with your past schedules, before you pay anything. If it fits, after that it's a flat fee we agree with you up front, based on how many people or teams we schedule, how often, and how complicated your rules are, with rebuilds for rule changes included. As a ballpark, plans start at $199 a month for up to 15 people or teams; complex setups are quoted after the pilot. No per-user licenses, nothing to install.
